First Central Savings Bank’s top priority has always been the safety of our staff and the customers visiting our branches. As your neighbor and as your community bank, it is important to us that we do all we can to keep you informed about how we are handling significant public health concerns like Coronavirus COVID-19.
As of this moment, all our branches remain open and operating under normal business hours. Should that change based on an emerging health threat, we are prepared to alter those hours to ensure the health and safety of our staff and our customers is not compromised. We will immediately alert you by email, or website, and on social media should the need arise.
We are closely monitoring the latest reports from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the health departments in New York City and Nassau County. We are prepared to work closely with relevant public health officials should a branch or facility of ours face a unique threat in the days ahead.
In the meantime, we are closely following public health expert guidance and dramatically increasing cleaning and disinfecting services across our network of branches – with the emphasis on the ATM touch screens so many of us rely on to bank every day.

For those of you who prefer banking on the go, we offer FCSB Mobile Apps for personal and business customers available on your favorite app store.
