Robert Marrali, EVP & Chief Lending Officer
Mr. Marrali serves as First Central Savings Bank’s Executive Vice President & Chief Lending Officer and brings over 24 years of commercial lending experience. Prior to joining FCSB, he served as Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer at Hanover Bank from 2012 to 2019, where he oversaw the Bank’s commercial lending origination platforms and helped grow the portfolio to more than $700 million.
Before his tenure at Hanover Bank, Mr. Marrali was Senior Vice President and Market Manager for Commercial Real Estate Lending at Santander Bank, where he was responsible for producing over $800 million annually. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Commercial Lending at a metropolitan commercial bank, directly overseeing the origination and portfolio management of the bank’s multifamily loan portfolio. He also held the role of Senior Commercial Loan Officer at a super‑regional bank specializing in multifamily and commercial loan originations.
Mr. Marrali holds a B.A. in Economics from Hofstra University.
As the Bank’s Chief Lending Officer, he oversees all commercial loan originations for FCSB.
